Eligibility Criteria
- Academic background in Diploma /Bachelor’s Degree in a Mechanical.
- Previous experience in or with Manufacturing Engineering with 8 to 10 years and Conveyor assembly working experience. Working experience in the Electronics Products Assembly like soldering , gluing , torquing , Harness assembly etc
Job Description
- Collect the new project data from Engineering, involve during time plan and lead implementation of project at plant
- Review new part drawing, Bill of Materials and processes for utilization of machines
- Analyse new process and products failure modes and plan the actions
- Analyse the product and determine the assembly line
- Lead the first sample run – Creation of WI and other required documents , run the first sample , update the V&V check sheet and collect the approval from all departments
- Debottleneck station for maximum hourly output for new and existing products
- Monitor and fix the cycle time for each process
- Uploading the BOM in ERP and monitor for zero variance in BOM
- Establish new processes for the assembly of product to ensure the highest quality at the optimum production rate and the most economical cost
- Continually evaluate safety, ergonomics, productivity and quality and improve process
- Collect and review component drawings from Engineering and share to Vendors.
- Initiate and implement tool, fixtures, gauges to improve product quality at assembly line
- Lead the new machine set-ups, documents and training
- Evaluate current equipment performance
