Eligibility Criteria
- Academic background in Diploma /Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical.
- Previous experience in or with Manufacturing Engineering with 2 to 3 years and Conveyor assembly working experience. Working experience in the Electronics Products Assembly like soldering, gluing , torquing, Harness assembly, etc
Job Description
- Review new part drawings, Bill of Materials, and processes for utilization of machines
- Lead the first sample run – Creation of WI and other required documents, run the first sample, update the V&V check sheet, and collect the approval from all departments
- Debottleneck station for maximum hourly output for new and existing products
- Monitor and fix the cycle time for each process
- Uploading the BOM in ERP and monitoring for zero variance in BOM
- Continually evaluate safety, ergonomics, productivity, and quality and improve process
- Collect and review component drawings from Engineering and share with Vendors.
- Initiate and implement tools, fixtures, and gauges to improve product quality at assembly line
- Evaluate current equipment performance
