Eligibility Criteria
- At least 2 year of IT support experience
- Proven experience of AD operations
- A passionate drive to provide excellence in IT support to your users.
- Willingness to grow your knowledge via trainings and on the job experience.
- An excellent level of English (written and spoken)
Job Description
- Leveraging procedures, troubleshoot AD, AzureAD, DNS, Network, Certificates…
- Support Team in providing timely and efficient support to assigned operations.
- Troubleshoot Active Directory authentication and LDAP configuration issues.
- Configure and support DNS for new domain.
- Work with other senior staff members to resolve escalated, complex incidents.
