Eligibility Criteria
- BS in Computer Science or a related technical field; or equivalent industry experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Experience with Linux and Operating System principles.
- Experience with container-based solutions such as Docker.
- Experience with cloud best practices and services.
- Knowledge of one scripting language, such as Python or JavaScript.
- Ability to empathize with non-technical audiences and engineers whose area of interest or experience lies outside SRE and Infrastructure.
Job Description
- Monitor, detect, and triage issues of varying complexity.
- Assist in system builds, configuration, patches, and upgrades.
- Develop creative and practical solutions to resolve non-routine problems.
- Develop tools to automate deployment, administration, and monitoring.
- Apply working knowledge about system methodologies, designs, and troubleshooting techniques.
