Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Java development.
- Proficiency in Java programming language and Java frameworks.
- Knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JSP.
- Familiarity with multi-threading concepts.
- Basic understanding of relational databases (SQL Server preferred).
- Exposure to Kafka is a plus.
- Understanding of software development methodologies and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.
Job Description
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and maintain various platform components.
- Implement new user interfaces and business functionalities according to specifications and requirements.
- Analyze and enhance the performance of applications and operational workflows to improve efficiency.
- Conduct development testing of software components to ensure quality and reliability.
- Support level 2 and 3 applications, troubleshooting issues, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Work independently in a globally distributed team, demonstrating adaptability and self-motivation.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and be willing to learn and work with different technologies.
- Focus on architectural design to contribute to architectural decisions.
