Eligibility Criteria
- Strong grasp of constructing and reviewing SQL queries on complex data schema
- Hands-on experience with SQL databases like Postgres
- Experience with creating Python scripts to automate data-related tasks
- Any experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, etc.) is a plus
Job Description
- Customer Solutioning & Onboarding Assisting the sales team in conducting demos for prospects on their dataset. This involves:
- Coordinating with prospects to understand the nuances of their data schema
- Connecting shared data to Crux and ensuring sync between LLM agents and customer data
- Assisting customers’ tech team to execute on-premise deployment of Crux’s application
- QA and Product Management Assisting the product and tech team to generate and synthesize feedback to improve the product
- Conducting extensive QA to ensure Crux’s output is aligned with customer expectations
- Gather feedback from customers across the funnel to shape the product roadmap
- Experiment with prompt engineering to improve the quality of output from LLMs
- Product Analytics Assisting the founders and product team in monitoring product usage. This involves:
- Setting up product analytics tooling within Crux’s architecture
- Continuously monitor product usage to create hypotheses around user behavior
