Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering (B.Tech/B.E preferred)
- 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Preventative Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Specialization in Stringer (ATW) or Laser Cutting Machines within a module manufacturing environment
Job Description
- The Maintenace Engineer is responsible for guiding and monitoring Supervisors during breakdown / Preventive / Predictive/ Shut down maintenance.
- Maintaining daily / Weekly / Monthly SAP report and perform Data analysis for improvement & Presentation.
- Tracking uses of Spare parts and also Co-ordination with Procurement for purchase of spare parts.
- Maintaining safety guidelines.
- Monitoring Team performance and arranging training for performance improvement.
- Responsible to achieve assigned KPI / KRA/ Goal / To-do / targets.
- Responsible for process improvement / Cost reduction projects.
