Eligibility Criteria
- Configure computer hardware and software, as well as troubleshoot related problems.
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Wireless Networking (client side), MS Teams Telephony
- IOS, Samsung MDM configuration support
- Knowledge and experience with PC desktop support functions relative to domain connectivity.
- Installation and configuration of OS and business application software (i.e. MS Windows 10 / Office 365, Outlook, Internet Explorer, DLP, Backup tools, etc
- Technical Support tools / Imaging: VNC, VPN / SCCM
Job Description
- Technical Support tools / Imaging: VNC, VPN / SCCM
- MacBook configuration, support.
- Proficiency in VC / AV hardware configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of board meeting rooms.
- Web conferencing applications support – zoom, skype, WebEx, MS Teams
- Experience in troubleshooting various forms of software problems (e.g. operating system and application programs)
- Complete some administrative tasks, such as initiating hardware repairs, assisting with organizational efforts and asset management;
- IT projects as assigned.
