Eligibility Criteria
- Work as part of a global, cross-functional team to design and administer Linux based solutions for Zinnia stakeholders.
- Contribute to projects by creating well-designed, customized, testable, efficient solutions for Zinnia platforms.
- Assist in providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, improvements, or custom enhancements to the Linux existing Zinnia platforms.
- Participate in on-call rotations and/or provide after-hours (Night Shift) support.
- Collaborate with our global teams, internal stakeholders and customers.
- Provide guidance and escalated support to the Zinnia offshore Linux support team
- Conduct root-cause analysis as needed to the Linux platforms and create improved standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guidance
- Administer and support VMWare virtualization environments for Linux.
- Provide support on multiple Cloud Hosted environments using Cloud Technology.
