Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing Telegram channels or similar community platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative content ideas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Telegram’s features, best practices, and latest trends.
Job Description
- Develop and implement a content strategy for the Telegram channel to engage and grow the community.
- Create, schedule, and publish daily content that is engaging and relevant to the audience.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics to optimize content and engagement strategies.
- Respond to inquiries and interact with the community to build relationships and foster a positive environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistency in messaging and promotions across platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest Telegram features and trends to leverage them for the company’s benefit.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in managing any Telegram-related crises or issues promptly and effectively.
