Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelors / master’s in computer science.
- Technical hands-on knowledge on C#, .NET technologies.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
- Experience with other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean) is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Passionate about building extraordinary software solutions that improve lives.
- Experience with software development standard methodologies: Agile, TDD, DDD.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Job Description
- Guide and mentor the software development team and the organization on Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
- Facilitate Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Take ownership feature development along with scrum master activities.
- Support and empower the Scrum Team to self-organize and make informed decisions.
- Remove impediments and obstacles to the team's progress.
- Foster effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the product owner to ensure a well-maintained product backlog and clear understanding of priorities.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Facilitate regular retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
- Monitor team performance using relevant metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide transparency into the team's progress through effective reporting.
- Act as a servant leader, supporting the team and promoting a collaborative work culture.
- Advocate for and ensure the team follows Agile/Scrum principles.
