Job Description
- Execute discussions with the business to understand their requirements thoroughly. Analyse and map Business Requirement Definitions (BRD/FRD) for clarity and accuracy
- Assist in designing existing business processes using automation technologies (such as AI/ML). Execute strategies to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality organization-wide
- Organize the implementation of business process re-engineering strategies. Utilize process modelling, data analytics, and change management techniques to achieve significant and sustained improvements in business performance."
