Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical /Electronics/Instrumentation/Controls Engineering / Science or in STEM from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with developing software & controls with high-level software languages, Project Execution.
Job Description
- Execute controls deliverables including controls software, software validation, commissioning support for Solar, Battery energy storage system (BESS) & Hybrid Plant Control System
- Support on-site startup and integration of various systems to our hardware software.
- Track overall status of controls deliverables for the assigned projects to meet goals of the control team.
- Work closely with Project Manager and customers to drive requirements and customer satisfaction.
- Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with customers with confidence and clarity.
- Develop, improve, and administer customer overview and operational training material for the control system.
- Work across the Hybrid engineering and services organizations to prepare documentation for installation, commissioning, and operations for use by internal GEV employees and our customers.
- Ability to work as a team to design, develop and deploy the control hardware configuration for each project and design the communication network, including but not limited to DI/DO, Ethernet, FO etc.
- Support problem identification and resolution of new and installed products.
