Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field with little or no experience.
- Diploma degree in computer related field with two years of experience.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and prevailing office software required.
- Experience with Autodesk ACC/BIM360 preferred.
- Some experience in computer support or customer service is preferred.
- Shift time - 6:00pm to 3:00am (India time) - Monday through Friday.
- Full-time remote.
- Location - Mumbai – Andheri.
Job Description
- Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices such as monitors, mice, and phones, ensuring technical compatibility and efficiency.
- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications, demonstrating technical proficiency.
- Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate computer equipment effectively, demonstrating strong technical communication skills.
- Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without disrupting others’ work.
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical problems, including repairing or replacing parts and debugging. Escalates problems of unusual complexity to senior level personnel for assistance.
- Maintain records/logs of repairs, fixes, and maintenance schedules.
- Performs network virus scanning as directed.
- Communicates system/technical concerns to Senior IT staff.
- Occasional travel may be required.
