Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 6 to 12 years of relevant experience preferably in regional or global environment.
- Experience in Automotive CAE simulations handling Structural Analysis like Linear, Nonlinear Static, Modal and Frequency Response Analysis, Fatigue Analysis at full vehicle level or Assembly or Component level.
- Exposure to CAE and testing domains, preferably in Displays, Infotainment, Cockpit Electronic products, Electrification vehicles products.
- Proficiency in Altair Hyperworks Simulation Platform, Other CAE structural software
- Expertise in Thermal Simulations using Flotherm XT is an added advantage.
- Must be flexible, dependable, and capable of learning new products and technologies.
Job Description
- Principal Engineer I Mechanical is an individual contributor.
- Support CAE activities for the Product Development & Sustaining activities with clear understanding of problem-solving techniques.
- Propose solutions for New CAE methods and improve the existing method / process.
- Should have the ability to lead, guide and mentor the young engineers in their Capability and competency development.
