- The person selected for the role should have a minimum qualification of B.E. NAVAL ARCHITECT / MECHANICAL and will be reporting to the Manager- Design.
Job Description
- Design & engineering activities for Naval Warships, Areas will include
- Hull and structural design, General arrangement & layouts,
- Hull equipment such as (Anchoring, Towing & Mooring, RAS, Paint, Doors and hatches, Boat, Crane etc.)
- 3D CAD modeling, preparation of Bill of Material, preparation of Basic drawings, Purchase specifications, etc.
- Preparation of Production drawings, Detailing, and Design support to the production floor for hull equipment construction.
- Mandatory Skills: 3D CAD skills, Drawing software skills, Marine domain knowledge.
- Desirable Skills: Desirable skills include PLM acquaintance, Innovative approach
