Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of working experience in MEP design for industrial facilities.
- Hands on experience on projects in North America region and knowledge of Revit will be a
- plus.
- Working knowledge of international codes and standards (ASHRAE, ASME, International
- Mechanical code, International Building code, International Plumbing Code, International
- Fire Code, NFPA, etc.) applicable for industrial facilities like Food and Consumer Industry,
- Manufacturing, and Commercial projects.
Job Description
- Responsible for design and specification of mechanical systems like HVAC, plumbing,
- hydronic systems (hot water, steam, and chilled water) for industrial facilities to provide for
- a useful and safe workplace.
- Capture client requirements and if needed, advise them regarding mechanical
- systems/requirements available to meet their needs and comply with safety codes.
- Review contractor shop drawings, field inspections, and testing and commissioning reports.
- Coordinate with other disciplines, client(s) and other stake holder(s) to develop a clash free
