Job Description
- Excellent communication,Need to interact with global customers.
- Open to work in rotational shifts.
- CCNA/ MCSA/ CCNP or Project/Internship in Networking is a must.
- Needs to provide technical support for networking and windows.
- Needs to provide technical support via voice process majorly.
- Handle Inbound & Outbound calls.
- 5 days of work will be there.
