Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills; is a team player
- Very strong written skills showing the ability to convey functional details accurately in a well-structured and precise manner that describe end user problems and solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or computer science.
- Proven work experience as a Pega developer.
- Advanced knowledge of Pega PRPC 5.x/6.x/7.x.; Certified CSSA preferred.
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodology.
- Knowledge of web technologies including JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and XML.
- Experience working in a high-performance team.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Aptitude to learn quickly and a superb attention to detail and process orientation
- Willingness to go the extra mile
Job Description
- Designing and developing business applications using the Pega 8 platform under the direction of an LSA and SSAs
- Implementing solution within the Pega environment using Pega and Cotiviti best practices and standards
- Develops and demonstrates a knowledge of the Pega Architecture and all design and implementation best practices and features
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of applications through participation in collaborative activities such as design and code reviews
- Contributes to the design of class structures, application frameworks, and data models.
