Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent
- Knowledge of basic computer hardware
- Experience with desktop operating systems including Windows, and MacOS
- Experience working in Office 365
- Experience working with InTune
- Experience working in a domain controlled environment and making AD & Group Policy changes
- Extensive application support experience
- Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities
Job Description
- Document, maintain, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems
- Field incoming help requests from end users via both telephone and our ticketing system
- Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization
- Manage and support users in Office 365 suite (Office, Exchange, Teams, Sharepoint)
- Manage and enroll devices into InTune Endpoint Device Management
- Assist in helping deploy Azure Virtual Desktop instances (prior experience not needed but willingness to learn)
