About Company
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering Fundamentals and knowledge of New Product Development Process
- 2 - 4 years maximum of Engineering experience
- Ability to collaborate and work in a Team environment
- Experienced and proficient with 3D CAD software (preferably PROE/ CREO)
Job Description
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experienced in Design and development
- Expected to maintain a close, working partnership with other functional departments
- Solid working knowledge of Engineering Fundamentals, DFMEA, ECN,GD&T, drawing for production, tolerance analysis, Engineering Calculations and other product development associated techniques and tools
- Good knowledge on different manufacturing processes and material selection of plastic, Sheetmetal and casting
- Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is a bonus
- Experience in Electromechanical Product Design
- Knowledgeable in problem solving skills
- Quickly learn established engineering processes (like Product development process - preferable Windchill, ECN, BOM, RFQ, etc.), standards, methods and procedures needed to accomplish assigned tasks with discipline.
- Be able to prioritize work, meet agreed project timelines, cost and quality
- Ability to develop Innovative Ideas
