- Understanding of electric vehicles and performance.
- Experience of working in a mechanical durability or technical support group.
- Expertise in fixturing/test development.
- Experience in servo hydraulic actuators.
- Good and technical communication skills & Punctuality.
- Bachelors in mechanical engineering.
- Mechanical engineer with basic electrical knowledge.
Job Description
- Understanding and performing all mechanical durability component & vehicle level tests.
- Handling measuring instruments like vernier calipers, dial gauges, inclinometers.
- Operational skill in manufacturing/machining operations like cutting, welding, drilling & tapping.
- Responsible for setting up test benches with pneumatic & hydraulic actuators for durability testing.
- Operation & maintenance of servo hydraulic actuators.
- Responsible for Test profile development, test execution & test report preparation.
- Responsible for proper usage of equipment/Instruments and machineries.
- 5S and Lab safety maintenance.
- Working knowledge on MS Excel and Word.
- Understanding on updating & maintaining lab documents, services & calibration activities.
- Knowledge in CAD tool Solidworks and NX.
