Job Description
- Person should have minimum 4-year experience of the maintenance of packing equipment's like Blister Machine, cartanator, Labelling Machine, PCR machine.
- Person should have maintained documentation system in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) norms.
- Person should have maintained spare required for replacement in Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Breakdown Maintenance (BM).
- Aware the quality Management system
- To ensure availability and reliability of all Packing equipment’s by monitoring and controlling of electrical and mechanical breakdowns.
- To ensure the all the Packing equipment should comply mode related to safety and quality.
- To provide technical guidance and training to technician for improvement in technical competency and reduction in breakdowns.
- To ensure stock of recommended spares, consumables for critical equipment's are maintained as per requirement.
- Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the engineering strategy.
- Able to take care of any additional activity given by superior as & when required.
- Person should able to effectively utilization of manpower.
- Person should have effective management skill of different maintenance work during shift.
