Job Description
- Collaborate with the league to define industrial quality needs.
- Analyze historical data and define industrial quality KPIs derived from project and plant quality goals.
- Develop assembly process line architecture in alignment with SPS principles and Lean manufacturing approach.
- Prioritize process risk using FMEA and drive actions to deliver robust product.
- Prepare detailed equipment technical specifications in alignment with global standards.
- Select and assess suppliers together with the purchase department.
- Drive the realization of equipment following SE methodology.
- Qualify product and process, identify quality needs, and eliminate quality risks.
- Lead technical trials and tests to validate critical assembly technologies.
- Participate in the installation and setting up of new equipment in the factories.
- Simulate flows and capacities and optimize process yield.
- Identify potential quality risks and guide project technical teams and suppliers with leadership skills.
- Present to project management the status, improvement, and benefits during the project phase.
- Innovate and digitize the offer quality by implementing effective POKAYOKA and suitable digital solutions.
