About Company
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics/Mechanical or related disciplines).
- Experience: 2-15 years of experience in Quality Engineering roles from any of these below skills:
- QA, QC & Testing of MV Switchgears/ induction motor manufacturing /Rotating Machines/schematic drawings, IEC standards
- CAPA, QAP, planning and performing quality
- LV Switchgear engineering involving MCC, PCC, IMCC, comprising components like ACB, MCCB, Soft Starters, VFD, ATS, Transformer Bus duct
- knowledge of IEC Standards, SPC, L6Sigma, SAP-QM, Minitab etc
- Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, ISO45001:2018, preferred Lean Six Sig-ma Green/Black belt certified
- Quality/Process Improvement Tools: 4Q, L6S, 7QC tools, FMEA, QAP/QCP, VSM, APQP/PPAP.
- Experience in quality inspections such as: CTS/CTQ/CTP

- Deploying and leading strategy, objectives and targets for Quality Management in line with the Quality Management System, Quality Policy and local strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans.
- Supporting specific communication relevant to quality management in your area of responsibility
- Assisting in continuously identifying and addressing risks and opportunities related to quality management
- Using quality data analytics from the organization to identify risks, failures, and non-conformances
