About Company
Eligibility Criteria
- Engineering degree or comparable education.
- First professional experience in the field of functional safety
- Certification in the area of functional safety desirable
- Good knowledge in the area of standards and regulations concerning product safety
- Very good written and spoken English
Job Description
- Support of product development from initial evaluation through the entire development cycle including system evaluation and series release in accordance with common safety standards (e.g. ISO 25119. ISO 26262 etc.)
- Create functional and technical safety concepts for agricultural machinery in accordance with the relevant standards (ISO 25119/ ISO 13849/ISO 26262)
- Definition, coordination and optimization of all safety-related requirements in development.
- Support the development teams (internal and supplier) to implement safety concepts on system, hardware and software level.
- Calculates and evaluates technical key figures (diagnostic coverage, MTTF, etc.) of E/E/PES and mechatronik systems.
