About Company
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's/master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent subject.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in electronics product development & Production.
- Hands on experience with electronics hardware-based product design life cycle.
- Capability to manage internal & external stakeholders during product realization.
- Ability to analyse components stress, requirements, and selecting the right parts.
- Experience and understanding of microcontroller & embedded design.
- Exposure to battery charger / UPS / BMS / Energy management products.
- Able to design, develop and test the circuit boards and systems independently.
- Trouble shooting and Root cause analysis of circuits and Boards failures.
- Understanding of wired communication protocols like CAN, SPI, I2C etc.
- Understanding of wireless communication protocols like ZIGBEE, Bluetooth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using in-circuit emulators, logic analysers, oscilloscopes etc.
- Hands-on experience in a hardware / software co-design environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Description
- Product sustenance activities for charger & battery devices.
- Production support for products at manufacturing site.
- Responsible for production output in terms of quality & timelines.
- Work on Digital/Analog electronics circuits design & validation
- Work with various elements of the product (Schematics, PCBs, enclosures, harnesses)
- Bring up & debugging of prototypes.
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of circuits.
- Support certification of product like UL / CEC.
- Addressing various safety and noise (EMI) issues that may arise.
- Work on firmware for TI /Microchip / Freescale / Silicon labs microcontrollers.
- Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation.
- Work closely with team for end-to-end integration and debugging of products.
