Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 4+ years of experience as a QA Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in manual testing of web-based and mobile applications.
- Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
- Experience in testing APIs and understanding of RESTful API principles.
- Experience with SQL and ability to write SQL queries for data validation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
Job Description
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to uncover software defects and ensure thorough test coverage.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify test scenarios and acceptance criteria for user stories.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing as needed.
- Report and track defects found during testing and work with developers to resolve them.
- Perform exploratory testing to identify potential issues that may not be covered by existing test cases.
- Participate in requirement reviews, design reviews, and other relevant meetings to provide input from a quality assurance perspective.
- Maintain and update test documentation including test cases, test results, and testing progress reports.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance the overall quality of our software products.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
