As a Product Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer escalations, analyzing complex issues, and driving resolutions that enhance the customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Ability to empathize with customers and understand their challenges and pain points.
- Problem-Solving Skills like strong analytical skills to identify the root cause of issues.
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to act as a liaison between development and customer facing teams.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.

Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, analyze technical issues and troubleshooting complex scenarios and ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate closely with customer-facing teams to gather detailed issue reports and route to the development team accordingly.
- Build and maintain a repository of customer knowledge to assist in quicker issue identification and resolution.
