Job Description
- Issuing and maintaining related procedure and work instructions that drives efficient work and Engineering deliverables harmonization across Engineering Groups.
- Providing support and training to users, collecting users feedback, identifying opportunities of improvement and proposing solutions and changes.
- Providing reports and indicators to Engineering Management.
- Engineering BPL is a representative of SAP ERP Engineering Users to the Digital Technology organization, for software changes, upgrades and for problem reports.
- Engineering will be assigned to lead improvement projects that aims to optimize business processes and to implement the digital strategy of Valves Organization, working closely with other functions BPL
- Engineering BPL has communication skills and technical knowledge that allows him to interact both with the Valves Engineering community and Software developers and architects.
- Owning the short-term roadmap for MVPs.
- Prioritizing continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of Engineering community problems and needs.
- Demonstrating expert level skill in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through ambiguity.
- Engaging frequently (80%) with the development team; facilitate discussions, provide clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisions
- Owning and manage the backlog; continuously order and prioritize to ensure that 1-2 sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready
- Collaborating with UX in design decisions, demonstrating deep understanding of technology stack and impact on final product
- Demonstrating superior persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between digital team, product manager and engineering team
- Demonstrating excelling business acumen, knows latest industry trends and is looked at as an internal expert on the product as well as the associated competitive landscape
- Mentoring junior team members.
