Job Description
- Delivering the design solutions for bare block reciprocating compressors
- Selection of suitable materials for compressor parts based on its application.
- Proficiently using the 3D modelling software UGNX with Teamcenter as PLM. Prepare designs and drawings with CAD (UGNX)
- Ensure that the design engineers construct the design as per guidelines from CAD handbooks. Extensive use international standards, sample drawings, calculation templates and Burckhardt compression's design guidelines.
- Managing technical aspects of product and maintaining part lists / material masters with help of SAP
- Complete custodian of compressor design related activities from receipt of order till the bare block compressor design is delivered.
- Taking part in Order Transfer meeting for effective order hand over from sales to design department.
- Verification of technical details of order received, with sales, quality, projects, and purchase teams.
