Job Description
- To Look after shift Maintenance in Unit-1 and utilities
- Planning and execution of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Program.
- Maintenance of Foundry and Allied service like Furnace, Sand plant, Fettling, utilities etc.
- Compliance of IATF and ISO14K, ISO15K requirements and Procedures.
- To find out and implement energy conservation opportunities in plant.
- Upkeep of all panels and HT yard, Earthing Pits of the plant and maintaining P.F > 0.995
- Spares management to avoid machine Stoppage and maintaining critical spares.
- Implementation of Continuous improvement program.
- Have computer knowledge for Documentation required for departmental work
- 4-5 years in maintenance of machine and Equipment’s
- Sound Electrical knowledge
- Able to work as team and lead from front.
