About Company
Job Overview
- Design / Build custom test fixtures and tools
- Design / Implement test automation infrastructure
- Subject matter expert on Honeywell Smart Metering Products, testing strategy & testing processes.
- Create test plan, that flushes out test strategy, coverage requirements, test scenarios and the resource needs for a project.
- Review test plans with cross functional team (Development and other Test Engineers) to ensure proper coverage for each feature / product.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, ECE, or Computer Science
- 1 to 2 Years of experience in Embedded product testing and validation
- 0.6-1 years’ Experience with Object Oriented programming
- Python Scripting
- C++/C#
Job Description
- Create and review of detailed test plans to ensure coverage and quality
- Create test scripts that meet the team definition of done
- Run automated regressions, review failures, make adjustment to scripts as needed.
- Troubleshoot and Maintain existing test fixtures. Includes debugging hardware and software
- Able to work in Firmware Verification, System / Product Verification or Solution Verification
- Work with cross functional agile teams located at multiple Honeywell locations around the globe
