- We seek a detail-oriented System Analyst-1 to execute global builds in PROD/Non-PROD environments and manage configuration tickets, change requests, and user access for contractual clients.
- The role requires troubleshooting system issues and implementing global changes.
Eligibility Criteria
- 6mo-2yrs experience in system analysis
- Strong SQL and Advanced Excel skills
- JIRA proficiency and Agile methodology understanding
- Millennium platform familiarity (preferred)
- Bachelor’s in CS/IT or related field

- Execute CommunityWorks domain builds across environments
- Process JIRA requests from development teams (CPE/KLs/RM)
- Conduct issue investigations and risk profiling
