Job Description
- Ensuring smooth execution of projects by definingthe project scope, preparing schedule, review on project progress and cost asper required quality.
- Close monitoring of critical pathactivities & escalation to ensure timely completion of activities.
- Follow Safety Practices.
- Acting as point of contact for allinternal functions and customers.
- Close co-ordination with construction,site and customers during Erection.
- Monitoring budget, tracking commercialdocumentations and cash collection.
- Project status reporting and preparingcritical activities report, attending reviews.
- Responsible for delivering customerexpectations.
- Contract closure in all respect.
- Cash Flow Monitoring.
- Expediting Vendor Deliverable whereverrequired.
- Co ordinating with Logistics/ Exim Team.
