Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the refinery sector.
- Proficiency in design and analysis software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of refinery operations, piping systems, and rotating equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to interpret engineering sketches and technical specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Job Description
- Design, develop, and oversee the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment in refinery operations.
- Conduct detailed mechanical calculations and system designs.
- Create and review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mechanical systems during the design, installation, and operational phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and engineers, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Perform site visits to inspect and ensure the quality of mechanical installations.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including project updates, maintenance logs, and technical reports.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in mechanical engineering and refinery technologies.
