- B. Tech / M. Tech /PhD in Mechanical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering with 8-10 years of relevant industry & Reliability Engineering experience
- Hands-on individual with willingness to work in a competitive lab environment
- High morality with Strong work ethics
- Excellent team player with collaborative behavior
- Strong skills in problem solving / troubleshooting
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to work with different time zones and with various cultural backgrounds
- Ability to independently prioritize tasks and drive multiple projects in parallel
- Willingness to travel up to 10% (international and domestic)
Job Description
- Proficiency in Mechanical design engineering with a good understanding of system engineering.
- Knowledge of Mechanical & Electro-Mechanical components, Manufacturing methods and related Failure Mechanisms / Physics of failure
- Knowledge in Risk assessment and SEMI standards:
- Experienced In system level architectural design. Ex: mechanical, electrical, control and SW architecture
- Experience in automation software (e.g. LabVIEW) & Control System Design.
- Knowledge of industry test standards (e.g. IEC, UL etc.)
- Hands-on experience with sensors (e.g. temperature, pressure, flow, vibration, motion detection etc.) and related Data Acquisition Systems (DAQ)
- Knowledge of destructive and non-destructive test methods and failure analysis
- Experience in Semiconductor equipment or similar high-tech industry is preferable
