About Company
Eligibility Criteria
- B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with overall 5 to 8 years of experience
- Minimum 4 years of working knowledge on cable assembly Products.
- Proven track record of developing new customized cable assembly for Rail and Industrial customers.
- Knowledge of six sigma tools will be added advantage.
- Ability to interact with various stack holders across organization including customers.
Job Description
- Sound Product and application knowledge related to cable assembly products.
- Knowledge about the materials used in cable assembly Product line.
- Knowledge of cable assembly over molding materials and process is added advantage.
- Ability to communicate and educate technically to create a technical growth and development environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work multi-culturally
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Comfortable and confident to operate effectively in a fast-paced commercial organization
- Knowledge of Product Development Cycle and Life cycle engineering Processes and Procedures
- Should be Self-Motivated, Adaptive, Passionate about results and a Good Team Player.
