Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s degree in Mechanical/Applied Mechanics/Materials Science/Rubber/Polymer
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work self motivated.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in handling complex data and effective presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel domestic & internationally for varying durations
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Up to 5 years of experience in Customer facing roles in technology is preferable.
- Experience in Adhesion/Corrosion is preferable.
- Six Sigma Green belt and Project management experience is added advantage
Job Description
- Customer engagement: Understand and anticipate customer needs, delivering solutions that exceed expectations. Be the key contact for customers, connecting Bekaert's technology with their R&D teams by addressing technical queries and steering new product industrialization projects.
- Project collaboration: you will work on collaborative projects with customers, enhancing our product offerings and creating unique value propositions.
- Technical support: Provide expert assistance in advanced steel-cord processability at the customer's end and represent the customer's voice within Bekaert.
- Relationship building: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with customers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Global expertise utilization: Leverage Bekaert's global expertise to offer relevant, value-added services tailored to customer needs.
