About Company
Job Overview
- Implementation of MEPF systems for the Ahemdabad Station redevelopment project.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations in system design.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEPF systems seamlessly within the project.
- Coordinate with various disciplines for clash detection and resolution in the design phase.
- Provide technical inputs in the construction and execution of MEPF systems, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and guide field engineers in the team.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education qualification – Graduate Engineer from Mechanical/Electrical
- Years of experience – Overall 10 Year of Experience, 5 Year Exp in Similar position and 7 Year Exp in Eligible Projects
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
- Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
- Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
- Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority
- Strong leadership skills, proven ability to lead a team effort & make independent decisions and be a good troubleshooter.
- Ensure compliance of the Systra Group policies, particularly on ethics, safety and adherence to Company ISO 9001 and 14001 Standards.
Job Description
- Contribute to project planning by providing inputs on timelines, resource requirements, and potential challenges related to MEPF systems.
- Monitor and control costs related to MEPF systems to ensure alignment with project budgets.
- Provide recommendations for cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Implement quality assurance measures to ensure MEPF systems meet or exceed industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance during construction.
- Identify potential risks related to MEPF systems and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
- Work collaboratively with the project team to address and resolve emerging challenges.
- Stay abreast of changing regulations and codes related to MEPF systems.
- Ensure project designs adhere to all applicable regulations and obtain necessary approvals.
- Oversee the preparation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation related to MEPF systems.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
