Job Description
- Source and screen candidates for US IT recruitment
- Conduct phone or video interviews with potential candidates
- Coordinate with clients and hiring managers for requirements
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment data
- Support the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Learn and apply US staffing processes and recruitment tools
