- Required: SQL, PL-SQL, Database Management Systems, Programming (e.g., Python, Java, C++), Debugging, Version Control (Git), Unit Testing, Data Analysis,
- Soft Skills: Problem-Solving, Collaboration, Communication, Attention to Detail, Adaptability, Time Management, Continuous Learning, Mentorship (even if basic, ability to help peers)
- Good to have: Business Intelligence Tools (Tableau, Business Object, Power Insight, DA2), CCL, Healthcare Workflow
Job Description
- Make enhancements to existing software applications.
- Develop and design new reports, including data fetching through SQL, data processing, and data representation based on requirements.
- Gather requirements, understand project scope, create work estimates, and effectively plan and execute tasks.
- Handle client calls and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
- Participate in component-level technical design discussions and collaborations.
- Perform debugging and document root cause analysis and resolutions.
- Identify and suggest process improvements at the team level to support both operations and the development ecosystem.
- Provide support for software releases.
- Gain an understanding of healthcare workflows and the Millennium data model.
