Job Overview
- The Civil & Mechanical Executive will support maintenance, design, and project activities across civil and mechanical domains.
- The role requires hands-on technical skills, CAD proficiency for preparing drawings, and coordination with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 2–4 years in mechanical and civil maintenance or project support.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) for design and drafting.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, structural design, and construction practices.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Job Description
- Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment and civil infrastructure.
- Monitor and report equipment performance and structural conditions.
- Prepare and update mechanical and civil drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
- Support layout planning and design modifications for projects.
- Assist in execution of mechanical and civil projects, including installations and renovations.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials and services.
- Maintain records of drawings, maintenance schedules, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
