Job Description
- Ensure to extend support to Operations Team for delivering quality products
- Drives and champions quality improvement efforts in shop floor
- Provides expert analysis, guidance and support to Production in Process Improvement activities, including effective use of Problem-Solving tools / techniques and statistical analysis.
- Through the application of APQP, supports the external customers in New Product Introduction, Localization and Continuous Improvement activities .
- Ensures that internal customer needs for Control Systems are met in a timely and functional manner.
- Results for this position will be measured by improvements to Customer Satisfaction and Internal Scrap rate.
- Optimizes Process Capability on significant characteristics through effective application of statistical analysis techniques and training of shop floor people in Problem-Solving.
- Responsible for Product and Process audits, Internal and Customer complaints closures and monitoring with effective counter measure implementation.
- Applies knowledge of Inspection Equipment and Techniques to provide timely data usable for informed decision-making.
- Utilizes analytical skill sets to implement root cause analysis and provide recommendations for corrective action.
- Should be competent in ISO 50001:2011 requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and improving an energy management system and follow a systematic approach in achieving continual improvement of energy performance, including energy efficiency, energy use and consumption
- Responsible for Change Management process, Calibration process.
