Eligibility Criteria
- Extensive +8 years experience in asset maintenance management, preferably in an engineering consulting environment.
- Proficiency in mechanical handling software (Autocad, Navisworks, SmartPlant) and MS Office.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and develop junior engineers.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Thorough understanding of relevant standards and regulations in asset maintenance engineering.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering
Job Description
- Lead the management of project technical documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements and standards.
- Provide guidance to junior engineers in organizing and maintaining documentation for easy accessibility and retrieval.
- Review and approve technical documentation to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
- Asset Register Development
- Lead the development and maintenance of asset registers for client projects, ensuring accurate recording of asset information.
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers in capturing and updating asset information in asset registers.
- Ensure alignment of asset registers with project objectives and client needs.
- CMMS Templates Development and Implementation
- Design and develop customized Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) templates, leveraging expertise in asset maintenance management.
- Lead the implementation of CMMS templates, ensuring effective utilization for maintenance management activities.
- Mentor junior engineers in customizing CMMS templates to meet specific project requirements.
- Maintenance Plan and Workload Planning
