- 3-5 yrs (BE) or 5-7 yrs (Dip.) of experience in Cast Iron foundry operations.
Job Description
- Adherence to the Safety standards
- Plan and execute the production activity as per given schedule
- Maintain the machine condition to achieve the optimum output
- Manpower handling to achieve the maximum output
- Ensuring the processes as per the set parameters to get the right result
- Implementing the corrective and preventive actions as defined by CFT
- Monitor the performance of the employees and organize the training time to time
- Ensuring the proper 5S of the shop floor
- Co-ordinate with the maintenance team to achieve the maximum output
- Co-ordinate with the quality team for the right output
