About Company
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a BE/BTech in mechanical engineering at a minimum from a reputed university
- 3 - 5 years of experience in working on mechanical product development involving plastic, sheet metal and diecast components
- Desired to have basic understanding of all phases of product development processes - initiation, requirements management, concepting, detailed design, verification & validation, handing over for production with accountability of deliverables across phases
- Ability to collaborate and work within a team environment
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment and expected to maintain a close, working partnership with other functional departments
- Proficient with 3D CAD software (preferably CREO) and Windchill
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated strong analytical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills.
Job Description
- Contribute to multiple projects, involving single components or subsystems related to VAVE projects
- Under the direction of the senior engineers / project leads efforts to implement projects for the different businesses
- Develops working knowledge of product family in assigned area, with awareness of system design
- Work closely with Product Managers, Sourcing, Marketing and Manufacturing teams to develop and deliver projects to launch
- Keep up to date and work with Engineering team to implement the latest market technologies and industry standards
- Keep abreast of technology, materials and process development in related and aligned areas to our business
