We are seeking a seasoned Mechanical Engineer, to be based at Rewari, Haryana, India. The incumbent will support strategic capital investment projects at our Rewari manufacturing site, working closely with cross-functional partners. You will help deliver safe, compliant, and efficient mechanical solutions that support high-quality manufacturing.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; Master’s degree or equivalent certification preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including capital project delivery.
- Experience working with cross-functional disciplines, including automation and electrical engineering.
- Strong understanding of project management methods and tools.
- Ability to influence, communicate, and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Experience working in regulated or cGMP environments is an advantage.
Job Description
- Support the Project Manager in planning and delivering capital investment projects at the Rewari site.
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
- Lead installation, validation, and start-up of new mechanical manufacturing equipment.
- Identify and implement mechanical and process improvements to enhance asset effectiveness and reliability.
- Collaborate with global engineering and R&D teams to deploy best practices and new technologies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, quality, and engineering standards.
- Partner with quality teams to meet nutrition and pharmaceutical industry requirements.
