- Bachelor’s in mechanical/industrial/production engineering with 4-7 years of relevant experience.
Job Description
- Proficiency in creating Operations Method Sheets/Assembly Process Planning/Work Instructions for large assemblies
- Good understanding of Mechanical drawings and standards, Manufacturing Bill of Materials (BoM) Management, Engineering Change Management and Release process
- Demonstrated strong problem solving and decision-making ability while resolving build issues
- Experience in collaborating with cross functional teams (Manufacturing, Engineering, Production Planning, and Industrial Engineering) to improve products or assembly process
- Knowledge of Semiconductor equipment, Capital Equipment industry and its manufacturing processes
- Experience in manufacturing shop floor
- Experience in Industrial Engineering
- Proficiency in SAP
- Knowledge of DFX process (Design for Manufacturability, Cost, Assembly and Serviceability)
- Experience in virtual manufacturing/build
- Experience in Teamcenter Engineering and Op Center (Siemens)
