Job Overview
- A Software Engineer at Chargebee is the one who can own the creation and on-going governance of our product.
- You get the onus to develop our product in collaboration with our product design crew, and establish the framework for back end documentation.
- You will be the subject matter expert to designers, engineers and product managers for all things related to the back end team.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelors in Technology/Bachelors of Engineering (CS/ IT preferred)
- Experienced professional with minimum of 1 year of experience as Software Developer/Engineer
- Hands-on experience in object-oriented programming and working with relational database systems.

- Believes in creating exceptional products using backend technologies
- having a strong foundation in algorithms, data structures and design patterns.
- strong techie with deep knowledge of object-oriented programming (Java/Python preferred), microservices architecture, and cloud platforms
- A technophile writing high quality code & uphold best practices in engineering, security and design
- Knowledge hub in building and designing REST APIs.
- Collaborator working with different stakeholders across the organization and taking complete ownership in releasing new features.
- Experienced professional integrating with third-party platforms, working on billing, payments and related fields is an added advantage.
